We're a one-woman small business from Malaysia, designing planner inserts, stickers, and accessories for people who believe that staying organised can, and should, be beautiful.
A hobby that started by accident
Back in 2020, I was deep in my PhD research — juggling research, deadlines, data, and the everyday chaos of life. My planner was the one thing that kept me grounded. It was my anchor, my thinking space, my little pocket of calm.
But I could never quite find inserts that felt right for the way my brain worked. So I did what any planner-obsessed person would do — I designed my own. They weren't made to sell. They were made for me, exactly the way I needed them.
"Then someone in the planner community spotted them and asked if she could buy a set. That one message changed everything."
I said yes — a little nervously — and PLANSWITHEMA.CO was born. What started as a personal creative outlet slowly grew into something much bigger: a small business run from my home, built around a community of people who love beautiful, functional stationery just as much as I do.
I'm still doing my PhD, which is coming to the end. I'm still packing every order by hand. And I'm still designing every product with that same original intention — to make something I'd genuinely want to use myself.

Your planner should make you smile every time you open it. We design with care, colour, and detail — because pretty things make ordinary days feel special.
Every insert, sticker, and accessory is thoughtfully made. We don't rush products out — if it's not something we'd use ourselves, it doesn't go in the shop.
Beautiful stationery should actually work. Everything we make is designed to be functional first — because a planner that doesn't help you is just pretty paper.
